We would be glad to set up and appointment with one of our event planning specialists to discuss your event in further detail and to formulate a quotation based on your catering needs and / or budget requirements.

Once you have decided that Calvert is the catering company you would like to use we require just a $250 deposit upon booking the date of your choice. This deposit will secure your date and ensures that Calvert does not exceed our event capacity on your particular day. We require final guest counts one week before the date of your event . At that time we can calculate the balance due on your account and that can be paid by cash, cheque , visa or mastercard.

A 10% service charge will be added to the menu pricing when serving staff are required. GST & PST will be added to all prices listed in our menu selections Serving staff would be present at your event for the determined time as outlined in your quotation.
If additional time is required at the event the appropriate amount will be added to your final balance.
